There are often nuanced differences that may make one path more appealing to certain individuals. Such is the case for Dr. Bresky, whose educational experience attracted him to the holistic approach Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) professionals are trained for. DOs look at the whole patient, not just the disease or condition. They focus on prevention and aim to understand how lifestyle and environmental factors impact health. DOs also believe in the interconnectedness of the bodily systems and address root causes rather than only symptoms.
Dr. Bresky uses well-established protocols but is also motivated and fascinated by innovation and technology. by the idea of specialization, personal care, and the latest breakthroughs and medications.
It is no surprise that since Kenneth was raised in South Florida he enjoys the beach and physical fitness. His greatest joy, however, is his family. Kenneth considers himself extremely blessed as his daughter and son-in-law, who are expecting their first child, and his parents, live locally. Weekly family dinners are an arena of intimacy, learning, and shared humanity.

Erica Edlund
Erica is a seasoned Nurse Practitioner. She obtained her Bachelor of Science and Masters in Nursing at the University of Florida, Gainesville. Erica began her nursing career working with geriatric, primary and acute care patients at the Delray Medical Center before moving into Rheumatology at the Boynton Beach Arthritis Center.
Since joining Dr. Kenneth Bresky’s team in 2015, she has played a pivotal role in patient care, managing all aspects from physical examinations and diagnostics to treatment of both acute and chronic conditions. Erica’s expertise extends to performing infusions and both joint and trigger point injections. Erica is committed to building strong patient-provider relationships and to involving each patient in their own health care decisions.
Residing in South Florida with her young son, Erica makes the most of her home life and enjoys staying physically active through biking and exercising. She also loves to travel and cheer on her favorite sports teams, especially her alma mater, the Florida Gators
